Account information for ANGONET

Dear Member:

The new website of ANGONET is now operational. We have imported your contact information from our old website. We have also opened a user account for each organization. In order to log-in to the website, you will have to do the following:

1) Go to http://www.angonet-tz.org/user/password

2) Enter your e-mail address "admin@angonet-tz.org" (this address is the same as the e-mail address we used to send this newsletter)

3) Click the button "E-mail new password"

4) Go to your e-mails. You should have gotten an e-mail from "web@angonet-tz.org" entitled "Replacement login information for *your username* at Arusha NGO Network (ANGONET)". Click on the provided link.

5) This link will log you to the ANGONET website. Do not forget to change your password by going to:
http://www.angonet-tz.org/user
and click "Edit".

After logging-in, you can start modifying your respective organizations. Your organizations are listed here:
http://www.angonet-tz.org/contribute/my-organizations

You can also access your organizations here:
http://www.angonet-tz.org/user

Editing your organization pages is easy and you can do it on your own: no need to pay an IT technician to put your organization on the Web. You can upload your projects and documents in real-time, maximizing your chances to be known by the general public and donors alike. You can change the following information:

1) Your mission statement and objectives

2) Your contact information such as address, telephones, logo, etc.

3) The list of your projects

4) The list of your success stories and events

5) The list of your partners such as donors, facilitators, and technical providers

6) The list of importants files (PDF and Word/Publisher/Excel Documents) that you want to share to the public, such as brochures, constitution, and project reports

7) The list of your staff

Adding images and formatting your text is easy: if you know how to use Microsoft Word, you will know how to use this website.

The staff at ANGONET has spent a lot of time building an easy-to-use and sustainable website for the benefit of its members. No other network NGOs in East-Africa provide this service.

Take the web strategy and communication into your own hands! Make your organizations be known around the world!

We hope to see your organization soon on the web.
