The fundamental base on which capacity can be built requires a continuous process of learning, reflection, systematization, analysis and articulation.

One of the key objectives of ANGONET in undertaking community development programs as well as advocacy is to strengthen the capacity of NGOs /CSOs in order to improve skills and enhance their potentials to effectively deliver goods and services.

Currently, ANGONET is undertaking capacity strengthening of NGOs/CSOs so that they can have more understanding in addressing development issues as well as advocacy both at local and national levels. Some of the key areas this intervention include Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Practical Financial Management in the NGO/CSO sector. Others are Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, Roles and responsibilities of NGO/CSO, Business Community and those of Government in development.
